Ramón has far-reaching experience managing financial divisions of multinational companies. His expertises range from coordinating multi-functional teams and implementing managerial systems to market research, investment project analysis, and business and strategic plan creation.
Before joining DIT, Ramón was a consultant at Deloitte in Barcelona. At Deloitte during several in-company projects he specialized in valuations of companies and studying turnover processes to make them more effective and profitable.
Prior to working at Deloitte, Ramón was the financial director for the car rental division of TUI Group in Palma de Mallorca, one of the principal tourist locations in Europe. There, he formulated distribution strategies, developed strategic 5 year plans, directed various multi-functional projects, and formulated numerous valuations about commercial potential.
Ramón is a Economics graduate of the University of Barcelona and studied his MBA at IESE Business School, University of Navarra.
Lluís Arasanz
Lluis´s experience in Marketing has taken him around the globe. He began his ventures in the corporate world at CPC Foods Dublin (Ireland) where he learned trade marketing strategies and negotiation with distribution companies.
Later he worked in Geneva (Switzerland) where he acquired broad experience in public relations, protocol, and international negotiation communications. His work included developing and implementing strategic marketing and communications programs for mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, reputation management, and corporate positioning.
Lluis co-founded Latinia Corporation in New York (USA) an internet and mobile communications company still operating in the market. He left the company after having collaborated in raising $ 6M, setting up the corporate structure (offices in 5 countries), and having closed several important deals with European communications operators.
Born in Barcelona, Arasanz holds a Law degree from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and completed a Master in Marketing Management at ESADE, Universitat Ramon Llull.
Yongtao Gu
Yongtao Gu is well known for his work in creating and managing innovative business opportunities between Asian products and EU markets.
He is one of the driving forces in the company and a key player in the company's growth strategy.
Yongtao Gu founded Imex Asia Co. Ltd. and has had success in every import & export project (construction materials and industrial supplies business) – he has been involved in.
Yongtao Gu is highly motivated by new challenges and has been a key player in turning his visions and the visions of others into reality. He holds a Business Administration degree from Universitat Internacional de Catalunya in Barcelona and studied a Master in Logistic & Commerce International at Universitat Abat Oliba CEU.
Gu joins DIT to develop a solid managerial structure for the company and facilitate our contacts in Asia, which will continue to expand as the company continues its global outreach and strives to become a leading player.
Chi Nan
With a high entrepreneur's vocation, Chi Nan is the company's muscle in China. He has proved a high level of efficiency in every business project he has undertaken and he is well gifted for interpersonal communication and negotiation.
Polyglot (Chinese, English, French and Spanish), Nan holds a Degree in Science and Engineering from Donghua University, and he has worked in different international companies before joining Dextal International
